Booking

A booking becomes confirmed once a booking confirmation has been sent by email. Your booking reference AVL-2026-XXXX must be provided for all inquiries and requests.

Payment

The total price includes the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking fees, and all applicable taxes.

Cancellation

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled transfer.

Delays

Flights are monitored continuously. After your flight lands, complimentary waiting time is available for up to two hours. Failure to arrive may result in cancellation charges.

Luggage

Luggage must not exceed the capacity of the booked vehicle. Oversized or additional luggage must be declared in advance.

Liability

Our services are fully insured. We are not liable for indirect damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
